Adorable and Loving Young Chihuahua Mix for Adoption in Cameron Park, California For Sale

Hi there!
We are looking for a great family to take care of our loving chihuahua Molly. She is about 2 years old and was rescued by grandmother from Animal Outreach. We have all the necessary paperwork to show that she has all her vaccines, she is spayed and she is chipped. My grandmother can no longer take care of her so we have been watching her but we can no longer take care of her either because we have two dogs of our own and don't have the necessary time to train her. She is easily trained and loves to learn new things you just have to put the time in. She also doesn't go to the bathroom in the house as long as you take her out enough. She is an inside/outside dog who loves property and will stay close to home. We live on 6 acres and leave her outside when we are gone and she doesn't run away. She is easily trained and loves to learn new things. She's not high maintenance but she gets really excited and loves to greet you when you come home. She's a little cuddle bug and will sleep wherever. Easily pleased with any company.
We need to find a home for Molly very soon because if we can't then we are going to have to give her to a local animal shelter.
